FAQ

Q1. Is GCL a manufacturer or a trading company? Manufacturer. GCL has been a professional LED screen manufacturer for more than 21 years, since 1999. Our factory covers more than 100,000 square feet and we are staffed with about 300 employees. Q2. Why is the Alibaba account of your company only one year old? We have two Alibaba accounts, both under the same company name. The first one is 11 years old. To boost our sales, we registered a new Alibaba account in 2020. Q3. I have never cooperated with your company before, nor have I visited your factory, how do I know that your company is trustworthy? GCL was founded in 1999, we are the most experienced LED display factory in China. All of our company information displayed on Alibaba, including our company video, has been verified by Alibaba. The fact that we have done a lot of magnificent government projects all over the world proves that we are a very professional company. The fact that we provide 3 years warranty while all the other companies provide only 2 years proves that we are more confident about our product quality. You can do the purchase and transfer the money through Trade Assurance on Alibaba, which would 100% project you from any fraud.

Q4. How long is the warranty? The standard warranty is 3 years. It could be longer upon request. During the warranty, we would send the engineer team to the customer’s country for the maintenance of our products for free twice per year. Q5.What is your payment terms? Standard payment terms:30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment. Other payments terms could also be acceptable upon negotiation; Q6. What is the delivery time? Usually 12-15 working days after payment of deposit. Less than a week for our best sales products because we always keep about 500 square meters in stock. Q7. What technical supports can GCL offer? We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software, test reports , CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets and connecting the signal/power cables can be provided for free. If required, GCL can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.

Q8: What controlling system do you use ? Our standard controlling system is Novastar which is the most famous and popular system in the market. We can also provide other control systems such as Colorlight, Linsn, Xixun, Onbon, etc. Q9. Do you provide any free spare parts in each order? Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including module, power cable, signal cable, LED diod , IC, module mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.
