I. There are three reasons for the bright line on LED displays


  1. Unqualified product quality. When purchasing, do not try to buy low-priced and poor-quality products for the sake of cheapness.
  2. Unstable voltage, which causes electric leakage.
  3. Improper operation methods. Human operation errors affect the display effect.


II. There are three solutions


  1. Check if the power supply is damaged
    First, determine whether the power supply is damaged and still usable. Because one power supply controls several unit boards at the same time. You can measure whether the output voltage is between 4.9~5.5V. If it is not within this range, the power supply is likely to be broken.
  2. Check if the control card is damaged
    First, turn on the power and check if the indicator light of the control card is on. If it is not on, check if there is 5V voltage supply and whether the LED screen can display content. If it can display content, it means the content display function of the control card is good. Then use the control card software to search for the control card. If it can be found, it indicates that the content sending function of the control card is good. If it cannot be found, check if the communication cable is properly connected. If it is properly connected, the card is likely to have a problem. As long as these two functions are good, the control card is in good condition; otherwise, the control card needs to be replaced.
  3. Check if the unit board is damaged
    The signals of the LED display are transmitted from one board to the input of another board. Therefore, if one board has a problem, it will affect all subsequent boards. So it is necessary to check each unit board one by one to see if they are normal.


After identifying the problem by yourself, repair the damaged parts. If you cannot repair it by yourself, you can contact the manufacturer or send it to the manufacturer for repair. For severely damaged parts, you can ask maintenance technicians to repair on-site to ensure the normal operation of the LED display.
